Ching want to tell us that no 99 is not environment, lack of 3 taste service, In fact very poor service !
As said in the post the word “全能”is not appropriate, you want the CEO of the company to remove it and update a new post to describe the service of no 99 am I right?

The service is not very poor but just fair and not match the official announcement.
Suppose the management of 金x港 to check and investigate the actual situation and correct the description is better than customer to suggest since they have the duty to confirm.

May you share your understanding about service “全能” environment is inclusive, please tell us the details what kind of service to cover
As told by you, It seem BJ, ML key service are done, why no service ?fair or unfair depend on “全能” are not in full service
You pay the bill outside at counter and told the cashier mamAAbout your upset feeling that no 99 has not provided service 全能！what is the reaction and reply from mama ?
I think that it is better to voice out about service 全能 are not in full service, mama would like to know what kind of services is missing and tell the same to no 99
